Returns Policy – Packing Materials & Boxes

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return any items, please read our returns policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unused and unconstructed boxes and packing materials, subject to the following conditions:

• Boxes must be returned flat and unassembled – once constructed or taped, they are considered used and cannot be returned.
• Items must be in their original condition, free from damage or markings.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• Returns are for collection only – customers must bring items back to our location.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons:

• Any box that has been constructed, taped, or used.
• Opened rolls of tape, bubble wrap, or packing paper.
• Any custom or special-order items.

How to Return

• Contact us at info@lyonsremovalsandstorage.co.uk to confirm your return eligibility.
• Bring your items to our collection location during the business hours agreed with us.
• Once inspected, we will process your refund using the original payment method.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the items.
• Original payment method refunds only – we do not offer cash refunds.
• Shipping/delivery costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Boxes bought from Lyons Removals and Storage via our website are collection only. Please wait until we contact you to let you know your collection is ready before arriving. This is usually 24-48 hours.
